White carbon black
Name: White carbon black, or deposit hydration silicon dioxide, superfine silicic acid.
Property: The main component of this product is white silicon dioxide. The formula of white carbon black is SiO2nH2O which is a kind of white superfine powder. The melting point of this product is 1750℃. It has a great insulation property, and it could not be dissolved in acid and water but be dissolved in NaOH and HF acid. It would not decompose at a high temperature and could adsorb water.
This product is widely used as buildup packing in rubber and plastic industry. Its buildup effect in rubber is only inferior to carbon black. The main characteristic of sulfuration rubber using white carbon black is high tensile strength, high tensibility, good elasticity and good heat-resistent property. If 5/10 shares of this product was applied in the tread rubber of crude rubber, synthetic rubber, crude/butyl rubber，or crude/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, their tearing strength could be improved and the thermally stable ability of sulfuration rubber could be developed. If silane coupler (Si-69) was used at the same time, the effect would be better.
Use: This product could be used as filling material in rubber, coating, paint, synthetic resin; and it could be used as oil thickener, soft metal polishing agent, mold discharging agent and insulation material. It could also be used in water white paint, pesticide carrier and adhesion agent etc.
